We couldn’t have a market without support!!

Volunteers put up signs, direct parking, help vendors with tents, assist the manager and pitch in wherever else they are needed.

Special thanks to all who have given us their time and effort to make the Norfolk Farmers Market a success.

We invite you to participate as a volunteer, even for just an hour or two. Volunteers who donate six or more hours of their time become Friends of the Norfolk Farmers Market, entitled to special vendor discounts. Tasks include helping with setting up or breaking down signage and tents, watching the information table and directing traffic. One or two people are needed to help with the e-newsletter.

Our Friends of the Norfolk Farmers market program rewards those who donate $15 or more, or who volunteer six hours or more of their time as helpers. Each Friend receives a special pin entitling him or her to discounts offered at the market by many of the vendors. Pins are available from the manager at the market.
