How to Show You’re Crowing about Us...

Become a Friend of the Norfolk
Farmers Market!
We couldn’t manage the market without the help of our
Friends, and our Friends of the Norfolk Farmers Market program gives
our vendors a chance to show how much they appreciate the
behind-the-scenes efforts that keep things running smoothly.
What it takes to get a Friends pin: EITHER at least
6 hours volunteering at the market OR a cash contribution of $15.00 or
more. Donations of both time and money are welcome (and much appreciated).
|
What you get by showing you’re crowing: Not just
generous discounts and special Friends deals, but the satisfaction of
knowing you’re an essential element in keeping the Market going.
Cash donors are contributing to all the out-of-pocket
expenses necessary to run the market: advertising, live music and the
manager, for example. Volunteers contribute by setting up and taking
down signs and tents, helping vendors, staffing the information table
or telling drivers where to park.
You can sign up, make a donation or get more info at our
tent or contact
manager Lisa Auclair at 860-542-5044 or manager@norfolkfarmersmarket.org.
Even if becoming our Friend doesn’t work for you right
now, you can still stay in the know about what’s new and next at the
Market by subscribing
to our e-newsletter.
